Will my skin actually "peel" off?
It depends on the type of peel. Some "Light Peels" only cause microscopic peeling that you won't even see, while "Deep Peels" might cause mild flaking for 3-5 days. Both result in much smoother skin.
Does it burn?
You will feel a warm, tingling sensation for a few minutes while the peel is active. It is a bit spicy but very tolerable, and we use cooling techniques to keep you comfortable.
How should I take care of my skin after?
The most important rule is: Sunscreen! Your new skin will be sensitive to the sun. Also, you must avoid picking at any flaking skin and keep it well-hydrated with a gentle moisturizer.
How many sessions are recommended?
For mild brightening, 1-2 sessions are great. For deep pigmentation or sun damage, a series of 3 to 4 sessions spaced one month apart usually gives the best "wow" results.
